What do I need from you?

Firstly, an email outlining your problem briefly in order to check that I deal with this problem and also for you to find out how long the waiting time is likely to be.

Secondly, after you have a response to your email, I will need a more detailed email from you giving me information about the problem, your desired outcome and some personal information about you (or your child) so that I can construct a recording which is just right for you. I will send you examples of the type of information I need. Once I have received this I will suggest a time for you to call me so we can have a telephone consultation.

Thirdly, during the telephone consultation I will ask for any more information that I need and also ask for credit card payment in order to secure the writing and production of the CD.
 

Fee

The fee at present is £125.00 plus postage which includes email and telephone consultation, writing and recording of the CD. Please check the price at the time of payment since fees change from time to time.
