Remember, regular
listening is the key to success!
This is a self help hypnotherapy
recording for adults and older teenagers to encourage
natural and comfortable rest and sleep
Play the recording at
a quiet time where you won’t be disturbed
Listen
every night at bedtime and, were you to rouse
briefly in the night, just play it again to
drift back into a quieter, calmer
state of
mind and sleep again.
The first short track
gives practical advice on ways to encourage
better sleep and need only be listened to once
or as an occasional reminder.
The second longer track,
partially based on the original Rest and Sleep
script, is designed to help you rest deeply and
achieve a calm, peaceful frame of mind, just
relaxing comfortably and patiently as sleep
drifts over you. The recording calms and
reassures you and encourages a sense of well
being. Settle yourself comfortably and enjoy
absorbing the calming, comforting, positive suggestions
as you listen and daydream. Many people find that they
don’t actually hear the end as they have already
drifted gently off to sleep.
Successful
approach
This kind of approach is completely
natural and safe. Research shows that when a
person first acts out each positive step in their
imagination, it dramatically increases the likelihood
of their success in the real world. It is also
frequently used by sports men and women and
performance artists world wide to improve their
technique and relieve anxiety. This recording contains
powerful suggestions for boosting confidence
and self esteem.
