Remember, regular listening is the key to success!

A self help hypnotherapy recording for young people and adults over the age of about fourteen years and who may have anxieties or fears about taking exams.  Gentle & relaxing, it helps them feel more calm and confident and also teaches them very useful exam techniques to employ on the day

Play Track Two when you have time to relax and Track One just before studying

Track Two (the longer track) should be listened to first, strange as that may sound! This is because it contains more detailed information about exam techniques and powerful initiating suggestions for calm, control and concentration. It is very relaxing and the listener may well want to drift off to sleep at the end. It is for this reason that the shorter Track One has been placed first because this track will ensure that you are alert at the end. This track can be listened to thereafter as often as you like and certainly the night before or on the day of an exam since it re-invokes the powerful suggestions and calms and concentrates the mind and body. The listener reorients to their surroundings feeling refreshed and calm and composed.

Successful approach

This kind of approach is completely natural and safe. Research shows that when a person first acts out each positive step in their imagination, it dramatically increases the likelihood of their success in the real world. This CD contains powerful suggestions for boosting confidence and self esteem. The language and topics used are carefully crafted to appeal to the interests of this particular age group. NB Some children may seem more or less mature than their chronological age.
