Made a real difference to the way I train. I’m
getting so much positive feedback
I’m completely focused on them instead of
worrying about myself
Calmed me down immensely in the classroom
Remember,
regular listening is the key to success!
This is a self
help hypnotherapy recording for adults who are
trainers and/or presenters that want to improve
their skills and confidence.
The first
track
is packed full with tips to help you deliver
effective and enthusiasticpresentations
whether you are a trainer, regular presenter or an
occasional speaker at meetings of one kind or another.
The second
track
is a hypnotic relaxation to enhance your
confidence and helps you to feel at ease and
enjoy speaking, presenting or training. You receive
powerful suggestions which will also help you to
speak with a sense of inner calm and control in
meetings or groups of any kind. Then you

Successful
approach
This kind of
approach is completely natural and safe. Research
shows that when a person first acts out each positive
step in their imagination, it dramatically increases
the likelihood of their success in the real
world. It is used by sports men and women and
performance artists world wide to improve their
technique and relieve anxiety. This recording contains
powerful suggestions for boosting confidenceand self esteem.

Play the recording at a quiet time where you won’t be
disturbed
You can relax and drift off to sleep at the end
if it is your normal bedtime but if you find that you
regularly fall asleep more or less immediately, try
listeningearlier in the evening or in the
daytime instead. It should never be listened to
while driving because, as it is so relaxing, it
could take your attention away from the road where of
course you need to be at your most alert.
The recording is
particularly effective when you listen on headphones
